As I travel the world I take many photos that pique my interest, these could be lumped into a "peculiar category" ie. they are peculiar to my interests and may be different from what one usually sees in a collection of travel photos.
For the
Blogging from A to Z April Challenge in 2025 my theme is
Peculiar Pics. During April
I invite you to join me for an online tour of
Peculiar Pics from my digital albums. These will be sourced from my travels between April 2024 to March 2025.

ReplyDeleteI was confused by the plaque at Sagrada Familia - is it a puzzle?
I had forgotten but Google Lens took me to this "The artist ( Subirachs ) took a magic square from a German artist (Albrecht Dürer) and modified it so all the numbers added up to 33. The age christ was supposedly crucified."
DeleteOh! Just learned a who lot about magic squares - thank you
DeleteHow clever was that. I did wonder about it.
DeleteI'm amazed at some of the things you take photos of on your travels Jill. These photos are so interesting. I'm a bit slap happy with the camera and tend to forget.
ReplyDeleteThey all aid my failing memory. My better half cannot remember as much detail about our travels as I. The images are great memory joggers.
DeleteLove Mr Dinger Bell. The Osaka number is prettiest but I’d love to see tangier. Someone was having fun being your leader.

Tangier was interesting. I liked it better than the other Moroccan places we had visited - I think our crazy and passionate guide made Tangier more memorable.
DeleteNow I want to browse through my photos looking for numbers pics!
