A-Z Blogging Challenge 2024: W is for Windows

Looking back through my travel photos I see that in many places we visited there was, on our agendas, an Abbey, Cathedral, Chapel, Church, Convent, Monastery, Mosque, Pagoda, Synagogue, Temple or other place of worship. As we travel along the road I often take snaps of God's many houses we pass by. These buildings range from ordinary to ostentatious.

For the Blogging from A to Z April 2024 Blogging Challenge my theme is Gods' Houses. During April I invite you to join me for an online tour of Gods' Houses from my digital albums.

Today's topic Windows reminds me of an AtoZ challenge I completed in 2017, Windows on the World. I'll try not to repeat the images I shared then.

ZigZag in Zanzibar

This month I am participating in the A-Z Blogging Challenge where I will endeavour to post on this blog each day. I will be sharing photos of Windows that I have photographed on my travels and highlighting from A-Z the places where I found these Windows on the World.

A cruise in 2015 took us across the Indian Ocean and down the East Coast of Africa. One of our stops was in Zanzibar where we zig-zagged around on a tour of the sights. As this is my last post for the 2017 challenge I am sharing a bumper crop of photos.

Windows on the World - Y is for Yachts in Yvoire

This month I am participating in the A-Z Blogging Challenge where I will endeavour to post on this blog each day. I will be sharing photos of Windows that I have photographed on my travels and highlighting from A-Z the places where I found these Windows on the World.

Yvoire is a pretty town on the shores of Lac Leman. We saw many quaint windows there on our visit with friends in 2015.
