On the shelf

I love these funny little quizzes that pop up on social media from time to time.

As a former librarian I couldn't pass this one up. Which Dewey Decimal Category are you? http://content.easybib.com/which-dewey-decimal-category-are-you/#.UywkR_mSzZ5.

Here is where I sit on the shelf.

From the Archives - Pittsburgh

I visited Pittsburgh in 2007 with Mr GeniAus who was attending a conference. I took this photo of the CBD one day from the top of the Duquesne Incline Funicular Railway.

Little Miss...

I haven't had much time for myself lately as my Mum has been poorly and I have been seeing to her needs. Today she has turned a corner and I am feeling in a much better place.

My mate Kirsty Gray posted this link on Facebook to a fun little quiz. I followed the link and here is the result I got.

100 Things

100 things

I found this list on Carmel's Library Currants blog, she copied it from Doug .. off the record.
Carmel said "I thought it would be interesting to check these through. The travel focus is northern hemisphere oriented, but there are still plenty of options for those readers 'downunder' to check off".
As I just can't resist this sort of activity I just had to participate.
The things I've done have been italicised and highlighted. So which of these one hundred things have you done?

Additionally I have marked in Red the things I have no interest in doing

Just a Big Kid

I still love getting certificates. On the rare occasions I receive one I scan it and file it away in my treasures folders in both soft and hard copy formats.

As well as a lovely gift I was given a certificate from the Parramatta Family History Group when I spoke there last week.
