I love how they thought they had to chain the lion down!
ReplyDeleteBrings back memories. I also saw them surfing the river in the Englischer Garten. And I remember the lions at the Feldherrnhalle. When I was there there was a lone man standing up there (dwarfed by the lions) playing "Einer Kleiner Nachtmusik" on the violin. The acoustics were incredible and the memory has stuck with me for the past 22 years!
