We've been hearing a few funny, scratchy noises out on our back deck. When we opened the louvres on our pergola we found this little chap visiting.

Killing two birds with one stone
It seems as though I often hide at home in airconditioned comfort and indulge in two of interests, tennis and family history research, at the one time during late January or early February. That was the case today.

Green Boots
Paddy loves to sit out on our deck in the sun each morning where he watches the boats on the lake and the energetic folk who walk along the shoreline. He wasn't happy today as he doesn't like the lovely lime green boots he is wearing to stop him chewing his feet.

150 Titles
One of the benefits of being housebound for most of last year, due to surgery and then Covid19 lockdowns, was having more time to read. I was delighted to find that I managed to read 150 titles during 2020.
