The Great Reveal

The great reveal! We lost our view of the backyard after last month's severe storms when our insurer installed a tarpaulin on our balcony. Repairs have been completed and our view was just restored. We can now watch activities on the Lake during our #socialisolation.

The bags are packed but we are now unpacking. We elderly travellers have taken on board the advice from the Government's Smartraveller site and have cancelled our South Seas cruise.

 
It was an easy decision with Regent Seven Seas Cruises generous refund policy. We will still take a hit on airfares and hotel nights but we aren't prepared to gamble. We now look forward to the other cruises we already have booked.
