An Eggscellent Easter

So excited that we'll be hosting the Annual Family Easter Egg Hunt this weekend as we missed having one last year. This will be the first time we have all gathered in over a year. Can't wait for the first visitors to arrive tomorrow.

 
The cameras and smartphones will be on hand to record the weekend's events - our challenge will be to get a group shot with all the kids looking at the camera.

Fly ins

Some visitors flew in for breakfast in the backyard this morning.

Picnic Lunch

A lovely picnic lunch in our backyard today with Robert, some of our girls. and  Paddy.

Jabs

Thrilled that Robert and I have appointments for our first jabs. We are members of the ProVax army.

Stirred up

Inside was the place to be today as outside on the Lake the water is stirred up, the wind is whistling and the waves are crashing on the shore.

The Sandwich Bag

Several years ago when going overseas we put a couple of small rings in a safe place. On our return we couldn't find them.

 
Fast forward about ten years to this week when Mr GeniAus was sorting through his tubs of newspaper clippings. In amongst the papers he found a plastic sandwich bag containing the rings!!!
