Healthy eating

I try to be a healthy eater but sometimes it's a challenge. 

This latest breakfast cereal that my husband bought me was on the menu this morning. It was chewy but I think the cardboard box it was in would have been more tasty. 

Served at our table

 We're on a mini-break in Sydney to celebrate a family birthday.

In deference to Covid there is no hot buffet breakfast. We had to order from an a la carte menu.

Fly ins

Some visitors flew in for breakfast in the backyard this morning.

When in London

Breakfast in bed. London style. 

I always pig out on raspberries when in the UK, they are so much cheaper and nicer than what we get in Australia.
