Leftovers

We entertained family on Easter Saturday and Easter Sunday. One of the unexpected benefits was being able to enjoy leftovers for dinner on Easter Monday night.

An Eggscellent Easter

So excited that we'll be hosting the Annual Family Easter Egg Hunt this weekend as we missed having one last year. This will be the first time we have all gathered in over a year. Can't wait for the first visitors to arrive tomorrow.

 
The cameras and smartphones will be on hand to record the weekend's events - our challenge will be to get a group shot with all the kids looking at the camera.

An ISO Easter Celebration

 There was no Easter Egg Hunt for our family this year as we were all isolating. Thanks to Zoom we were able to have a virtual get together.

A Dozen at Easter

A dozen of the best. We are blessed to have such a tremendous tribe of grandchildren.

Eggstravaganza

Most years we gather at family member's home some time over the Easter weekend. This year it was our turn to host on Easter Sunday, 27th March.

One of the highlights for the grandchildren is  our Easter Egg Hunt in which each participant is guaranteed to unearth a decent haul of chocolate eggs. The parents who have to deal with hyperactive children as they fast on their booty may not be similarly impressed.

While some of the grandchildren escaped my lens I managed to capture an image of most of them.

No Easter Bunny

Easter Sunday Greetings to our Family and Friends in Australia. Although we are separated by many miles you are in our thoughts today.

Please think of us as you sit together for an Easter meal and tuck into your chocolate treats.

The Easter Bunny didn't visit us in our digs at the Intercontinental Hotel in Boston. Please don't be concerned we are quite comfortable here.
