The visitors have just gone, towels in washer, sheets waiting, dishwasher on, vacuum whirring.
The family Festival of Christmas stretched over four days. As always it was wonderful to share this time with loved ones.

And Ice-Cream with Berries |
More presents were exchanged |
Then it was time for play |
The 27th was a quiet day with the guests who had been staying with us. The boys, large and small, built a bonfire and played with the tractor.
The Master of the house had enjoyed his Christmas |
After a lazy breakfast on the 28th our guests returned home |
